This card was made as a note sized card. I used a fiskars scallop punch to punch the white of the card then once again punched the designer paper and attached that. The embellishments came from a little set that had the 3D pop dots. I made the bow. I used solid green card stock as a 2nd base then attached designer paper...finishing with stickels and metallic pen, white pen.
