Very simple layout. Journaling reads...You and Elliot are ALWAYS on the phone. From an early age, you have "talked" on the phone. Nanna, Poppy, Opa and Grandma have always lived very far away and we wanted you to know them, so we introduce you to the telephone. Because of this, one of the most common phrases heard around the house is, "hang up the phone." Besides the real phone, you both have several toy ones. One of you favorites is the Elmo/Cookie monster phone. With all its bells and whistles and phrases in both English and French it has easily become the most fought over phone in the house. It really shouldn't have surpised me then, when one day after telling you for what seemed like the millionth time to "hang up the phone" I came into the living room and noticed that you did exactly what you were told!! I didn't think I had to be specific on WHICH phone to hang up!!
