This card is for a 4 year old who's family is going through a host of problems and need some cheering up. I layered this decoupage image 3 times and added some sparkle (what little girl doesn't love sparkles!). The flower border was done with cricut, and the side border with a Martha Stewart punch. I found the perfect poem for the inside--how little girls are ruffles and bows and dancing toes--so sweet. I included a pack of girly stickers because that's always more exciting than just a card!
