This page is for my dear friend Wendy who passed away at 42. The journaling to the left is from the last card she sent to me,saying "we'll see each other soon". The next time we see each other will be in Heaven. Most everybody has a friend separated by distance that we keep in touch with by e-mail or phone calls. I never got to say goodbye and I don't know if she truly knew how special we all thought she was. If you read this, please call that friend and make a date and keep it. I used the Making memories Passport collection because her notes are all I have left and she has indeed gone a journey. I have to beleive she is out of pain and safe with Jesus. The lyrics are from Alan Jackson's song,"Sissy's song". It was on the radio as I was driving after hearing the news. I think she sent it for me to hear.Lyrics are:
Why did she have to go so young ?
I just don't know why things happen half the time
Without reason without rhyme.
Lovely, sweet young woman, daughter, wife and mother.
Makes no sense to me, I just have to believe...

She flew up to Heaven on the wings of angels
By the clouds and stars and passed where no one sees.
And she walks with Jesus and her loved ones waiting
And I know she's smiling, saying
Don't worry about me.

`Alan Jackson
