What a Year!

I did this page as an unconventional birthday card. Our Officer in Charge turned 39 yesterday, he seemed genuinely pleased with this. I included various photos taken over the course of his year with us in Mosul. One of him with our Commander, with Kurdish children, dancing with the locals and the group Christmas photo. It is hard to tell but the thickers are silver. It is a shame this guy is turning out to NOT be "Army Strong". He pales in comparison to our former OIC who was an ethical and moral man. This man has turned out to be a sadistic bastard who takes pleasure in ruining peoples lives.
