I think they are the ugliest things, lol! Funny, I just got a pic of one of these at the zoo yesterday! I have noticed that we are seeing many of these birds in our area...more so than I have seen in the past.

5-18-09...This Turkey Vulture [buzzard] was sitting at the edge of this pasture. Just resting I guess. It isn't a great photo but I have been trying for a shot of one for a long time, so now I can mark it off of my 'life list'. [0471]
