These photos are from our Aug. '06 Virginia vacation.

I layered 2 journaling boxes -- they say:
Date: August 26, 06 Where: Jamestown
We spent the morning at Jamestown Settlement, a living history museum where Cassie got to help water the tobacco and scrape out a Powhatan canoe. We had lunch in the Cafe, then headed down to spend the afternoon at Historic Jamestowne, the actual site of the fort.

The pamphlet describing the museum and all the activities is mounted on the outside of the page protector with adhesive and held closed by a magnetic snap. The bottom of the snap is on the pp, and the top is under the top layer of the pamphlet. That way, it can be easily opened to look at without taking the page out of the album. There is a detail shot in my gallery.

I'm a little surprised at how busy this looks in the photo -- it's much more subtle and pretty IRL.
