I simply wrapped polka dot fabric around a sheet of packing paper, for stability, and plopped it in a tall vase or apothecary jar. I created the bows using tulle and accented the pieces with a few trinkets from the Superstore :) The His/Hers cards are simply cardstock with stamped images. I typed a question like "If you had one hour of free time, how would spend it?" and then asked Tyler for his answer and added mine. There will be several of these in the reception hall, all with different questions and answers so our guests can get to know us better.
