I did this one for the June Lyrics challenge - Use an Elvis song. For distressing (I may enter this one in the June Get Distressed challenge, too), I did inking, the ghost letters are stapled on, I roughed up the edges of the pic and sanded the corners, and stitched the pic on. The only thing I did unusual on this was that I made the bone buttons from clay, an idea I borrowed (stole) from Deb-Doodle! TFL!
