This is one of my Peonies. Of the 5 bushes I have, 4 of them are from a division I received from my mom about 10 years ago. My mom received it from her Mother when my grandparents retired completely from dairy & poultry farming, sold the family farm and moved into town. Both my grandparents have since past away. My grandmother, received it from her Mother-in-law, my great-grandmother, as a wedding present when she married my grandpa. These peonies are priceless to me. They smell absolutely heavenly and when I smell them, it takes me back to my childhood, playing on my grandparents farm.
