Its an adorable little wooden box I salvaged and altered, I painted it white with acrylic paint. Then adhered vintage hymnal to it after ripping it and inking it with vintage photo distress ink by tim holtz, I then added more paint to the paper to "wash it out" and added more ink to the box itself.
i then glued a flowers to it, vintage jewellery for a blingy center, added prima flowers, sequins, cream trim, corrugates paper butterfly wing, more lace and a paper rose bud and a piece of vintage gold leaf art frame. OH and a dash of gold~ish sating ribbon for luxe.
It does open and close, Its a great prayer box, whispers secrets and will hold tid bits of stuff.
I really enjoyed altering it. enjoy!
