When I saw sb.com's INGVILD BOLME's "My Sweet Little Heartbreaker" it gave me an idea on how to create a pea pod for this LO. Paper tearing. Not as easy as I thought !! I had a few pics of my DD's first taste of peas. My oldest DD (who was 8 at the time) took the pics and got more of the wall in the pic than she did of the baby!! LOL!! So I cut the pics into 2" circles. The pics look good in person-kind of fuzzy here!
JOURNALING:
1st PEA: When you were about 7 months old, I wanted to introduce you to PEAS. You kept looking at the plate, and then at me.
2nd PEA: Courtney grabbed the camera to capture the moment. You slowly accepted a spoonful of PEAS. Immediately, you turned to look at me as if to ask-"What in the Similac is that?"
3rd PEA: You refused to eat the rest of the PEAS. Each time I tried to give you a spoonful, you raised your hand to stop me! A week later, I reintroduced the PEAS. You would not budge!
4th PEA: To this day, you refuse to eat peas. Why? Give PEAS a chance!
