This is my dd Heidi at the age of two and a half. We were on holiday at Cebe in the Transkei and I took this photo of her sleeping on the beach. I don't need to actually describe the emotions that I well up inside of me when I watch her sleep, all us mothers feel the same way and you all know what I'm talking about. Sleeping has never been an issue with Heidi, she can sleep anywhere, anytime. On the tag I quoted the lyrics of "Sleeping Child" by Michael learns to Rock" as it so accurately describes my thoughts about this picture and I wanted Heidi to know that. The lyrics are as follows:
