Did this lo for the Hot Days of Summer Blog Hop. Challenge was to use shaped paper and shaped diecuts in the lo.
I used a template to cut the inside paper (Pressed Petals Basketball Stripe) and then used the same template to cut out the border (DCWV Neutrals) and then attached the border to the original shape. Distressed slightly with Walnut Stain Distress Ink. Papers behind photo are by My Minds Eye and K&Co. Used Basic Grey Buttons and Prima flowers. Title was done with Thickers and the brad is from Bo Bunny Bodacious Brads. Die cut shape behind title is from MM (I think)! Journaling card is MM {note}worthy tara. Used threading water punch on the Basic Grey strip of paper along bottom of photo.
Pic was taken at Christmas Time of our family. Journaling reads "My life is so good. I have an amazing husband and 4 boys that I absolutely adore! I praise an Almighty God. Together we are doing our best to raise our boys in a Christian home. It's not always easy, but it's my family and it's What I Love!
