I am the oldest of two girls and the one born with blue eyes. When my sister and I were little, my Mom always dressed her in pink and dressed me in blue. For as long as I can remember, blue has always been My color in the family. I despised it being chosen for me for awhile, but I always named it as my favorite. I love colored glass of all kinds, but my most favorite has turned out to be blue. Blue, to me, is a peaceful color and I love how looking at it makes me feel. Blue glass reminds me of one of my other favorite things. I love the ocean or any lake. I love sitting on the shoreline just looking at the blue water, listening to it lap against the shore. To me, all of these are Shades of Blue.
