Lift side is spicy squid, right is bulgogi.
Our mom complained that meat was too dry and the spices were right but the rest of use enjoyed it.

Bulgogi is thinly sliced beef, marinated in soy sauce, garlic, sugar (I prefer apple juice concentrate or brown sugar), onions, pepper (black and/or hot), sesame seeds and oil. Some people put ginger in it but I prefer it without ginger.
No products have been added to this project.
