I added the date. Thanks so much for comments. I appreciate them all. This will help me to learn more (and I need it, believe me). I used Edwardian Script for the date and kept with the white. Improvement, change it, leave it? Thanks again! ;o)

This is a lovely picture, and your layout is elegant. Simplicity says more! I agree about the date, though, because I GUARANTEE you will forget when this was taken. Wonderful idea!

i LOVE this!! it looks so sweet. if you really wanted to add something you could put the date that you took the picture on the striped piece that you have the embellishments on, in a small font, but i think it looks absolutely great this way!
