This is for the positive Grandma's weekly challenge...
We were to do a LO of our father or DH, add journaling about the photo's, and 3 embellies. main color dark or navy blue and 2 other colors.
I choise my father, added silver letters, and red heart.
Journaling around the photos says:
#1 top The catch, after a fishing trip,
#2 working on his rod-n-reel
#3 left bottom, resting in rocker after church
#4 right, after a hard day at work.
Bottom says My daddy loved life.

So much to say about my Hero:
My daddy had to quit school in the 10th grade to help support his mom and sisters. He always put family first.
He was kind, gentle, Loving, Hard working, & very well respected.
After marring my mom he also took over as "big brother" to mom's younger sisters.
A wonderful man loved by all.
The red heart says I love Daddy
I alsos have stories of my dad as I remember them to be attached to the back of this page.
