This is for the SOT Scraplift challenge. Robinberdz layout "Cinderella" was selected and I got to lift it first ... then it went on to the other members of SOT for their scraplift version ...
I made the scalloped paper myself. Now let's see if I can remember how i made the scallops ... I cut a a circle out of the blue pp and then I cut a smaller one (which is the inside one). I traced a piece of scalloped paper I had lying around. I then just freehanded half circles in the scallops and then cut them out. I glued that piece onto the bg and then put the smaller blue circle over it ... hope that makes sense!
