The top picture is of my cousin holding my DD in the hospital, and the picture below is of my father and my spouse having supper in the hospital room.
The background is Stampin' Up PP and the smaller layered PP was in a bundle given to me by my sister. The small little index looking card on the bottom is actually the card that is filled out by the nurses when the baby is born. It's pretty simple, I just used decorative scissors as the border around the smaller PP's
