Journalling on the left: "My favorite exhibit was the scale reproduction of Fréderic Auguste Bartholdi's studio and foundry on rue de Chezelles were the Statue of Liberty was created. / I thoroughly enjoyed all the intricate details of the dioramas ~ from the miniature copies of the statue (upper left photo on the right hand side) to the men's coats hanging on the wall in the photo on the left."
Journalling on the left: "I like seeing John's reflections in the display cases. / Early carpentry and architectural tools / This exhibit explained the answers to all my questions of the past week when I'd wonder, "how'd they get that all the way up there hundreds of years ago?" / The printing press had stips of paper strung through it so you could see the paper's path through the machine. / Telegraph Machine"
