This is my example for my July Book Of Me Challenge - "I am Proud". The ladies are required to scrap a LO about what they are proud of and have to do at least 50 words or more in journaling and picutures are optional. Optional twist was stitching for an extra vote.

I am proud of myself for quitting smoking after 14 years so that is what I wrote about. The 3 pictures are various years of me smoking. TFL!
