I had to go to Fremont - an hour each way -and wanted some company. All it took was the promise of a stop at "Old McDonald’s" for a happy meal and you agreed to ride along.
I had to get gas, and you spotted the dinosaur so, of course you had to climb it and I had to get a picture! By this time you were getting hungry and still we hadn’t passed a McDonald’s.
We drove through several small towns, and still no McDonald’s but was surprised as we topped a hill to see this beautiful hot-air balloon ready to land in a field by the highway. Finally we reached Fremont and I had to ask directions, but we found your McDonald’s.
You were so patient and fun to be with that trip.
