This is a cake I made for my great niece....One can do so many different things with the "Wilton Castle Cake Kit", and it's really cute, but what a nightmare to transport! I will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER attempt to transport another cake like this completed. I will allow time to put this together after I get to where I'm going next time. Live and learn.
