This is the only baby picture I know of that exists of my mil, Cara Lou. It is only a fragment of the old heavy cardboard pictures they used to make. It was probably taken in 1917. I think she was such a pretty baby.
I copied Southernbellescrapper's lo, "Natural Beauty" (http://www.scrapbook.com/myplace/index.php?mod=galleries&u=301151&m=view&id=2208809&start=20&page=1&f=1). I tried to add some flowers but just couldn't find anything that worked. So I left it simple.
I crocheted around the large "petals", stained my lace around the picture with distress ink, used a rub on for my title. The papers are K & Co. Classic Bailey. I also tried to "mend" the stain on the photo, but couldn't get that shadow on her forehead right, so I left that alone too.
No products have been added to this project.
