This LO is a surprise for my sister. The little girl is her granddaughter, Ellie. She doesn't usually like having her picture taken, but since she had a friend with her, she was very cooperative this day!

Journaling: Ellie (age 4) made it clear in her prayers what she wanted for Christmas: a mouse. Her parents weren't as certain, however. They settled on a tiny, gray dwarf hamster. Ellie believed he was the mouse she had prayed for and promptly named him "Cheese."

The back story to this is that her daddy, my nephew Ben, is VERY afraid of mice!!! All 6' of him shudders at the mention of the word! So you can see the great love he has for his daughter when he agreed to let her have the "mouse" she prayed for. She still doesn't know that Cheese is a dwarf hamster and we're not telling!!
