This is for the Pixel Dust Challenge, to scrap a favorite book and the reasons it is my favorite.

My fourth grade teacher read this to us for maybe an hour each day. She cried the biggest tears when she was reading it.

When I realized this could help me, I couldn't take it any more and checked the book out myself from the school library. And got into trouble! There were many reasons it helped me, mostly how to love.

Ok, since it taught me I had to work hard to get strong and healthy, now I need that more than anything. I need a "spotter" or somebody to help me or just count, get my legs bands ready. Medicare only allows 15 visits to the place I want to get physical therapy, and you must meet a certain criteria before they will even pay for it.

I have just learned my heart is now affected, probably from the COPD and the way I eat, so its really important I get strong fast! Any volunteers?

Come on over!

Oh, the layout sorta has a secret in it. Some of my Pixels will probably recognize it right off!

Even though this is a child's book, it makes good reading for an adult.
