my son was named after my father's father.
the journal tag I used for the name is a RAK from Cathy/CatScrapsHere
Journaling: William, you were named after your mom's father's father. He cared for your grandfather, provided for him by working at the Water Works during the Great Depression and protected your grandpa James/Jimmy from his abusive adoptive mother Edyth. Perhaps in a different time, he would have left but I prefer to think it shows great character to have stayed married even through the bad. I hope for you, you can be strong and steadfast, even through trials. I hope you can stay gentle and caring in the face of confrontation.
The back has tons more journaling about what William (Warrior) and David (beloved) mean. Genealogy info and the story of his death. Info on why I choose this name to honor my father who also passed away.
