JFF...[POD]...American Kestrel

7-19-09...This American Kestrel, formerly called a Sparrow Hawk, sits on this power pole by my driveway almost everyday. He watches for insects & is very fast & quite elusive. I was very happy too capture this shot as it is the best photo I have of him so far. ~ I used Microsoft Digital Image Suite 2006 to remove the overhead power line. [P7192405+]
