4x4 mini album Boo to You. The B is a stencil from the Hardware dept. I just put the adhesive on the front and turned it over onto the paper. Then I used a craft knife to cut around the stencil. The cirlces are Bazzill Chips with black cardstock on them and white rubon "o"s in the centers.
