This is my entry to the 3by3 contest..the first I've ever entered except for NSBD. The 3 pps are the round background pp, the polka dot pp I used for a mat by American Crafts and the birdie is cut from a Karen Foster pp. I glued him to cardstock, cut him out and pop dotted him.
I traced the swirls that are part of the pattern with my stickles.
Anyway this is my younger dd with her Big Barbie..who she called big Bowbee due to the fact she couldn't pronounce her Rs. She loved wearing Bowbee's dress and putting her clothes on Bowbee. She got this doll for Christmas when she was 4....for months leading up to Christmas Big Bowbee was all she talked about.
I just noticed in the photo it looks like I made a mess of the stickles..looks like it globbed out and smeared but actually I was following the pattern that was there and there are a few dots in the swirls and IRL it looks fine...here it looks sloppy.
