I created this project fro the Bind It All Design Team. You can see full instructions to make it at zutterzisters.com.
The base is the Display It All stand. I made it so it goes up to 999 so it can be used to countdown days of the year, as an advent calendar, or to keep count of layouts or any other milestones. The sign on the bottom is attached with velcro so it can be changed out.
