it's great journaling. I, too, just "knew" with my husband, from the moment I saw him walking up the street. And I can still remember exactly what he was wearing and the first time he smiled at me. your journaling brought it back like yesterday , thank you... :)
Wow - fabulous colors. I love the turquoise with the Black Tie - it looks awesome. This LO rocks! I love the story behind the t-shirt. Congrats on 20 years. Your page is wonderful!
this is a beautiful creative LO. very masculine yet very pretty. The journaling is soooo sweet. what a wonderful way to capture a moment, an artifact, this page is like a time capsule. Great! job.
love the colors, the stitching, the pp, the inking, the monogramm, the title, the tag, the primas, the ribbon, the metal ribbon charms and above all the journaling! love it all! <<<good luck>>>
I'm almost crying I love this so much - the idea and the feeling and the design of the LO - I have to do this. I have a similar "I knew as soon as I saw him" story - 15 years and counting! Thank you for this great inspiration!
Fantastic!!! I love the colors!! Also the extras (the "priceless" & hearts & XOXO and the Treasure) ....they so make the layout! The journaling is wonderfully sweet! Thanks for sharing that great memory with us!!
What a great story! That's totally funny, I was thinking when I saw it that you had to throw it out or something, so you had to scrap it. Your story is much better! I love the turquoise and the overall design! Great LO!
That is an awesome story! My husband has this shirt that he wore ALL the time. It turned out that every family picture we were in, he was wearing that shirt. Finally it wore out and he actually went on E-Bay and found the same shirt (new of course) and bought it. So we did actually get rid of the old shirt because it had more holes than swiss cheese... but at least we have a replacement ;)
Journaling Reads: I saw fireworks the very first day I laid eyes on the man wearing THIS T-SHIRT. I turned to a friend who was with me that day 24 YEARS AGO, and said "I AM GOING TO MARRY THAT MAN" She said now who in their right mind would want to marry someone who wears a Playboy Bunny on his shirt????? I said ME!! So about a year later I started dating that man....we got married and we are still married 20 years later! I could never part with this t-shirt....it represents the day "I KNEW".
Tag in pocket reads "24 years"
