Lovely Work Kimmie! Love the verse you put with this one too. I have been pondering a verse for your other photo.......Of course the first thing that came to mind was the John 15:1 about the True Vine.....but I also like Job 14:7 "For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease."

PoD Mini-Challenge 4 ~ A Favorite

While visiting the Alaska Botanical Garden yesterday (Aug 01), I spotted a bunch of yellow flowers that had dozens upon dozens of bees on them. Many of the bees appeared almost intoxicated, as they seemed to move oh-so-slowly and rather sloppily from one flower to the next! I spotted this one tightly hanging onto a teeny flower bud; he kept circling around and around, not wanting to let go. It took me several tries to get him in focus, but I managed to get the shot and it has become one of my absolute FAVORITEs!
