Wow another beautiful layout. Love how you captured your daughters beauty. I recently purchased a flower bushel from the dollar tree that has flowers the same as you made. You beat me to making them. Wonderful job on yours. Great minds think alike..
If you hear a noise, it's me drooling over those flowers!!! Awesome what you did with the extra big leave you took off. They are stunning! Love those torn edges too and yoursewing! Gorgeous page!!
Oooh - gorgeous! I just want to have a go at making my own vine! How narrow is the floral tape you use? The smallest I have found is quarter inch - would that be ok? And is it florist's wire underneath to get that tendril effect? Fabulously pretty!
I had so much fun creating the floral vine for this page. Believe it or not it all comes from this one Prima bloom (Part of the August Creative kit from MY CREATIVE SCRAPBOOK). I took the bottom layer of the Prima bloom off (the rose is pretty full without the extra layer) then cut off each of the 5 petals on that layer. I rolled them slightly (like a calla lily) and wrapped the bottom of the bud with floral tape and attached to some floral wire, the leaves are simply cut from green cardstock.
