This is adorable! I really love the little pic idea and how you did the title!!! Very nicely done! My DGD is the same! When we took her to Seaworld, it was the funniest thing to watch her swing back and forth trying to get pics of the dolphins jumping!! Kids are too funny!!!
This is wonderful..something she will always love to look at. My dd still gets a kick out of photos she took at that age. Loved reading your description. So glad you had a great vacation and that you didn't stay away the whole month.
This is too cute, love the many little squares and the idea is adorable. I bet there will be a lot of these with that camera lol. So fun and love the paper!
You just gave me a great idea for the pictures DGS has taken with my digital camera. Pictures of body parts (his and other people's), the ceiling, the floor.... ;)
This is so AWESOME and loved your story... In the eye of a child. a mini photographer is born. =) I also wanted to add... every holiday, I give my nieces my camera and it's amazing with the shots they take... they have a lot of fun doing it too... =)
This is my new favourite layout. DD1, who is 4, had one of those kids cameras, but she never used it because it took the picture a second after she pressed the button and it was always dark and she could never see the pictures well after she took them. So we had an old digital camera kicking around we were going to sell but then decided it was really too old to sell- we'd get nothing for it. So we decided to give it to DD1, and a shutterbug was born! DH took her on a bike ride and she snapped 45 pictures in the hald hour they were out! It's so cool to see the world through her eyes! Some of the pictures are really neat!
I used a square punch (maybe 2 inch?) to cut all the little pictures. I didn't want to put much else on here as the pictures are so busy. Gave me a chance to use a piece of June bug paper, which I bought at my LSS just for this project!
Journalling reads: Last week we gave Olivia our old camera so she could take some of her own pictures. Little did we know we would end up with hundreds of pictures in only a few short days! Thanks to her great camera skills we get to see the world through Livie's eyes! Say cheese!
Some of the pictures look washed out because she took them through the screen of her Chariot (a 2-kid trailer that you pull behind your bike, or it can be converted into a stroller or a xcountry ski thingy). The pictures of a face are of her sister, and the blue flip-flopped feet are her own feet- she's obsessed with taking pictures of her own feet!
The picture isn't great, but you can click on the picture to see it better, and then click again to zoom in.
