Here is my LO for the Summer Vacation challenge for HYWWP: We spent our vacation up in Michigan. One of the things we did was have a "enrichment ceremony". My father in-law married my mother-in law five years ago and we wanted to have this ceremony so he would feel like he had been part of the family from the beginning. We each said something to him from our hearts and then we blended sand in a jar. It is a Indian ritual called blending of the sands. It represents our lives blending together to become one. Even if you tried to seperate the sand you could never ever really seperate the grains. Just like our family... I hope I explained this well enough that you understand. OMG!! And I used a sketch from Beggahuna!!! Thanks LUzma for reminding me!! It was so late when I posted this I forgot to add that!!!
