8-7-09...This is the Gourmet Globe Zucchini. It is a very firm squash, it tastes nothing like regular zucchini to me. The flavor is very rich and somewhat nutty. I hallowed out the seeds & cooked a mixture of hamburger, green peppers, onion and salsa & filled it, then baked it for 1 hour at 375°. I topped it with grated Mozzarella Cheese and let it melt.
