I love scrapbooking 2 page layouts, because I think they are a little more difficult to scrapbook as they involve a lot more thought process in the design, coordinating the products, and balancing the details and photos between the pages.

For this particular 2 page layout, I decided to scrapbook my stepdaughter Paige, who is a beautiful 15 years old young woman. We took this amazing trip to the Sedona in Arizona during last Fall, and the scenery was absolutely spectacular; the leafs turning, the sunny autumn day, and the nice cold breeze from the red Sedona Mountains.

Even though it seems that I used a lot of products for this layout, in reality the title of the page used 3 out of the 7 products that I used, which easily could be replaced by chipboard or foam large alphabet. The metallic Bronze paper was cuts in the simple 9 inch x 12 inch format and place in the identical spot on the both pages, leaving just enough room on top of the page for the title. I specifically used the black background paper so the yellow title and leafs would stand out even more. On the left side of the layout where I used the Cosmo Cricket “Fleuriste” 8x8 paper, I simply printed the dictionary description of the “Autumn” and some significant information about Autumn Season. The large 5x7 picture of my stepdaughter was the inspiration for the color palette. It pulls all the colors together: the yellow in the leafs and title, the browns, orange and gold in her hair.

Thanks for looking - Hope you enjoy the layout
