50th Anniversary Section Title Page

Journaling says: One of the family's milestones was celebrating the 50 years you and Mom have been together. At first, you only wanted to celebrate our immediate family, but then you decided to extend the invitation to the larger family. Your plan was to have a small reception. Your influence across the family came as a surprise to you as the responses flooded in, everyone wanted to help celebrate this special moment.

What a weekend it turned out to be. Brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, daughters, sons, and grandchildren poured in from around the world. The weekend in Columbus was filled with family magic as farmers left the hay in the field, policemen swapped shifts and flew in on a red-eye, and family rifts were set aside to celebrate the love of family that you have shared. Your "girlfriend" was radiant as she stood at your side throughout the weekend. Your tribute to Mom and our family was beautiful and touched everyone that night.
