I used the template that Jill posted on her blog in regards to the first annual Cupcake Day ...
I did not make a card, if you want to do that you have to scale down the image.
I downloaded the image, printed it, and cut it apart. I added some pop dots to the yellow part of the cupcake to give it a 3d look :)
I plan on writing a little birthday wish on the "frosting".
