I made this picture frame for my best friend's birthday. I bought all of the materials at Archivers, including the paper, letters, ribbon and flowers. I bought the picture frame itself from Walmart. This picture I used was a color print and was smaller. So i had it enlarged to the next picture size up and changed to black and white.
