I was inspired by this project:

I googled "gift bag template" and found this basic version. If you go to melstampz.com there is a post of 50 differant gift bags to try. I searched on deviantart.com and found this desktop background, that I printed on a piece of cardstock.
Inside the bag is a pin cushion and the polymer clay sewing pins I posted the other day:
