I bought the sleeves from Bags & Bows. These were the cheapest I found. They add that final touch to your cards. http://www.bagsandbowsonline.com/ They are Polypropylene bags w/ adhesive lip and can be found in the gift basket supplies section.

Card basket

You can't really admire this basket through this picture, but it actually turned out beautiful. I made this card basket for my niece's soccer fundraiser. I included over 15 all occasion cards, a few gift bags w/ tissue paper included and 3 sets of small thank you cards
