I made this layout for a baby gift scrapbook where the recipient could add her own photos. The book was alphabet themed and this page was the “F”. I placed a double mat sized to hold a 4' x 6' picture on the page so a 'non-scrapbooker' would know exactly where to place her picture AND would not have to trim it. Simple, one-step scrapping. I also added blank lines on each of the flowers to allow the recipient to add dates and information about the baby's 'Firsts'. I used a Cricut Expression to cut out the Title (Alphalicious cartridge), the baby, moon and baby carriage (New Arrival cartridge) and the flower tags (Tags, Bags, Boxes & More cartridge) where I wrote some 'Firsts' to be filled in. This books was made for the Grandma of the baby so the 'Firsts' I included were Grandma themed. They are hard to read in a picture and can be updated or changed as desired but they say: -I first crawled to Grandma on: -The first new food Grandma fed me was: -I first spent the night at Grandma's house on: -I took my first steps into Grandma's arms on: -I first smiled at Grandma on: -My first outing with Grandma was on ______ and we went to: -I first said GRANDMA on: I then added sugar coated brads in various colors to attach the flower tags to the page and stickles (in Crystal I think but I might have used Diamond) to adorn the baby, moon and baby carriage.
