MINI WK 3...[POD]...[13 baked, bake or baking]

8-24-09... After the Oriental Poppies bloom their petals fall off leaving a green pod of seeds. This bunch of Oriental Poppy pods have been BAKING in the sun for a couple of months now but they need to BAKE a little longer. When they have BAKED to a rich dark brown like this single one they will be ready to release their teeny tiny seeds into the wind thru their funny little vented hats!! [P8247505] [P8247540]
