New Baby - Finished Project

For a new baby, words were done on the computer. Flowers are handmade, and the baby's picture is seen through a window on the front flap of the card.

The words are raised with foam dots to add dimension. Blue rhinestones line the upper left corner, and there are a couple rhinestones used as flower centers.
