Just a little play on the 'leaning' part from out Day Trip to Pisa.
We're Italian and I've been dreaming of this trip since I was a little girl, it was a wonderful trip and we actually found and met our cousins in the old country. Anyway, since I understand a good bit of the language, I tried to title many of the layouts in my book in Italian. When I had room, especially on 2-page layouts, I put a title in Italian on the left page and the same title in English on the right page.
