GDCG: I know I've commented on this one (I'll be doing this quite a lot, but wanted to give you a critique, as well, I love the entire LO, I think the only thing that might could change is the green BG paper is a little too dark for the light pastels.... but that could be from the camera!
GDCG: Very cute. I agree that I would have made the pics the same size so the border was only on the pp. I think that's the only thing I'd change. Great job!
GDCG: I would make the top picture the same size as the one below it, so you can see the whole scalloped edge and dots. Other that that I think it's cute. What is it about kids and magazines?
GDCG: I also really like your torn journeling strip. I do have a few suggestios. TAke the matted pics and move it over so it slightly overlaps the printed paper on the right. Also, If you can w/o loosing too much of the photo, try trimming the top one so it's the same size of the one below it. I really like the placement of the other photo. Also you could do someting to bring out the stars on the printed paper. Some brads or punches....just a thought. I really like how you did your title and overall this lo is really cute.
GDCG: I like it the way it is! If you do decide to mat pics, I would just do the one vertical pic and tear the mat the way you did the journaling strip.
On a side note: My oldest dd used to love to tear magazines too! I gave her the old ones and she quickly learned whech stack was hers and which ones she had to leave alone!
GDCG: Cute lo. I like the way you did the journaling block at the top. Made it look like one of the "torn" pages your son likes to do. :) Looks cute the way it is. Doing a thin mat behind the pictures may make them pop more. But again, very nice! :)
GDCG: I like it. I really like the torn journaling spot in the upper right. I also like how the e in magazine isn't straight. I could see matting the pics with maybe yellow or light blue to bring out some of the other colors.
Love how you did the journaling with the torn paper. Did you use a chalk ink to color it too? My little girl just turned one and still loves to tear paper and chew on it!
love how you did the journalling on this Sabrina! And he is sooo cute - it seems this is a phase they all go through - it's the nice shiny paper I think!
this is so darling! I love looking at pic's of your son! We have 2 babies his age and it's cool watching yours do the same stuff around the same time the babies do!! Great journaling Sabrina! I am lifting that one!! hehe
