This is another CD calendar that I made. I used the Roses in Winter stamp set with different shades of pinks. I covered it with vellum, attached brads and pulled a ribbon thru.
The CD case stays open because I removed the lid, turned it around and attached it back on to the base. The calendar is from Skybluepink.com
